Chouinard’s Cuisine is introducing a “ A la Carte “menu ordering. As you can see the format is just the way you order food in many restaurants or the way you buy food in a grocery store, the items are individually priced allowing you to pick and choose while offering the upmost control in $$ spent.

Combination chopped Iceberg Lettuce with diced tomatoes, sweet onions, skinless cucumbers and chopped eggs, Tossed with Aioli Scented Mayonnaise                             Small $35.95           Large $40.95

Caesar Salad, Crisp Romaine sections tossed with garlic croutons and shredded Romano Cheese. Chouinard’s Caesar Dressing

Greek Salad, Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, pitted black olives, chopped green and red bell peppers, chopped tomatoes and cucumbers with feta cheese. Greek Goddess Dressing

Our Fresh Cooked Rotisserie Chicken served semi-boneless and smothered in your choice of our homemade specialty sauces

Mojo Chicken, Our Rotisserie chicken is basted with a sauce made of fresh chopped parsley, finely diced onion, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, lemon juice and a dash of hot sauce.

Chicken Lemone, A bit of olive and butter, salt and pepper, chicken broth and lemon juice. Sauce is reduced to thicken. Flat chopped parsley is added at the end along with some char-broiled lemon slices.

Chicken Parmesan, Chicken is simmered in our red bell pepper/ sun dried tomato sauce. Topped chicken with mozzarella cheese and a parmesan sprinkle. Aioli Drizzle

Chicken Marsala, To Chicken drippings we add sliced mushrooms and sauté till brown. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in Marsala wine and boil down a bit. Add chicken stock and simmer to full flavor. Stir in some butter and ladle on chicken.                 Small $80.00             Large $124.95

Sriracha Spiked Aioli, our rotisserie chicken is brushed with the sauce. Seasoned mayo, lemon juice, salt, garlic and sriracha sauce. The Aioli mayo is made first and then enhanced with Sriracha. Chicken is heavily basted.

BBQ Brisket with kick butt sauce, we rubbed our brisket with paprika, chili powder, cumin, brown sugar, cayenne and garlic. Sear it to burnt color and slow cooked in a savory sauce that contains Smokey chipotle chiles in adobo sauce

Chinese Beef with Honey & Black Pepper Sauce, I stir fry the thinly sliced steak with chopped garlic, onions, green and red bell pepper. Set aside. Our sauce is a mix of soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, sherry wine and fresh cracked black pepper. Combine both and lightly toss.
